HelpdeskReject is a place for me to put random cheat sheets, guides, and thoughts without putting too much effort into them. While I hope the content here may be somewhat useful it probably won't be and I'm okay with that.

I am a California based developer who recently graduated from College and started working my first dev-ops type role in 2020. While I was in college I worked at an IT helpdesk where I attempted not to break too many things at once.
